Benefits of the Employee Counseling Program (ECP)
Our mental health providers are experienced in working with professionals and committed to maintaining quality, confidential services for your team. As a partner with our ECP, Small Town Counseling provides:
- Easy access to limited mental health services at no cost to your employees (total sessions is determined by organization)
- Priority access to our counseling services (ECP participants bypass our Waitlist)
- Resource linkage by our providers as needed
- Option to add training/consulting on mental health related topics for your team and/or leadership
Fees & Investment
Consult
In order to evaluate if and how we can meet your need, it’s important to first understand the nature of your request, organization culture, current staff supports available to your employees, and expected outcomes. For this reason, we offer a free 30-minute video consult with a member of our team. Additional consult requires a prepaid, non-refundable fee of $375 per hour. Please note, camera must be on through consult. We will not complete a consult via phone or audio only.
Reduced-Fee Availability
