"I'm Fine"
Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes being strong for too long can make us forget that it’s okay not to be okay. You might find yourself saying “I’m fine” and convincing yourself you’ve got everything under control, when in reality, you may be slowly disconnecting from the people or activities that used to make you happy. Maybe you've been in your head more, distracted, on edge, isolating from friends or family, drinking more to cope, or struggling with sleep because you can't stop the racing thoughts when you lie down at night.
Choosing therapy is an investment in yourself, but it can also extend beyond you and into the relationships that matter to you most. If you're feeling hesitant or unsure about seeking support, know that reaching out is a positive step. We look forward to hearing how we can help.
