"I'm Fine"
Life isn't always easy and sometimes the challenge with being strong is that we forget to give ourselves permission to not be okay. You might find yourself repeating, I'm fine, and convince yourself you've got a handle on everything. When really, you may slowly be disconnecting from the people or activities that typically bring you joy, finding yourself checking out more, or notice your mind has been overly occupied, distracting you. It’s not uncommon to feel hesitant or unsure about seeking support for personal matters but feel confident that you are taking a positive step towards being a better you and getting back to what matters to you most. Even the strongest people amongst us can use a bit of help to navigate through some of life’s more challenging or even everyday struggles. Whatever your struggle may be, know there is hope and choosing therapy is not only investment for the present, but also for your future.
